Sirnitsa on the Square AfternoonThe Kuker Day will be celebrated afternoon in the Village of Vasil Levski starting at 14:00 or 15:00 and going on until the evening.
The village's Kukeri will start first. They may invite other Kuker bands if the budget allows, who would perform after the host's Kuker band. After the start of the feast, the Kukeri will stay on the square all the time although with a few breaks to have rest among their performances. They will start from the upper end of the village descending downwards, will have little rest, and will go up again. |

After the Kukeri, the masked “plashilki” (masked people who are not Kukeri) will pass: gypsies, “lazarki” (lasses playing on
St. Lazar's Day (Saturday before Palm Sunday), etc.
Afterwards, they play music for people to play horo (the traditional Bulgarian chain dance). With the horo, the dance of the Kukeri comes to an end too.

Sirnitsa Kuker Evening Tours
The Kukeri will start visiting houses at darkness. They will choose which houses to enter where they will chase the evil ghosts. The householders will treat them with wine and appetizers whatever they have at home. They may also give them some money which Kukeri will collect, a and then spend on treats or otherwise by their choice.

"They watch what happens at home, and do it too". |
The custom of "hamkane" (children of the family trying to catch a piece of white khalva by mouths) will also be kept
Today, many families will have khalva, baklava and chicken on the table.
Kuker Visits on Kuker Day
They have got at most three guest Kuker bands in their village till now all of them from villages of the Region of Yambol. Then, the feast budget happened to be higher, and the organisers also managed to combine with the Village of Kliment from where the three Kuker bands came for the afternoon after finishing their performances there.
